Temitayo Ogunnaike is a Relationship Coaching and Communication Expert passionate about helping singles start right and couples build marriages that truly thrive.
She believes that when marriages thrive, families flourish and when families flourish, nations thrive.
HER STORY FROM FRUSTRATION TO FULFILLMENT
Temitayo’s passion was born from her personal journey.
While in the university, she made a quiet commitment to focus on growth and purpose ; choosing not to date until after graduation.
What began as a simple friendship with a 'brother in Christ' blossomed into a love story that defied distance and time zones, leading to marriage in 2011.
But soon, she discovered that love alone wasn’t enough. Frustration crept in when she tried to fix her spouse instead of understanding him.
That became her turning point - the realization that real connection begins with self-awareness, emotional regulation, and empathetic communication, not control.
As she applied these principles, her marriage transformed from struggle to strength, tension to tenderness and disconnection to deeper intimacy.
From that awakening, Couple Connect was born.
HER EXPERTISE
Temitayo blends her lived experience with professional depth, holding certifications in:
Emotional Intelligence & Anger Management
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management
She also holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from the University of Abuja, Nigeria.
Her work has earned her recognition such as the TIBA Social Impact Award of the Year and features on platforms like CBN Africa (The 700 Club) amongst other radio and TV stations.
Temitayo lives in Abuja, Nigeria, with her King and Royalties, where she continues to inspire, coach, and transform lives globally.
